George Bush nominated William Taylor US ambassador to Ukraine.
As the White House press-service reported, Taylor held office of Chief Adviser of the US State Coordinator for reconstruction and stabilization.
He also worked as a Special Representative for Donor Assistance to Afghanistan, an Afghanistan Coordinator for US State Department, and a Reconstruction Director in Iraq.
Taylor is a West-Point Military Academy and Harvard graduate, served in the US Land Service, having captainship.
Taylor’s candidature is to be commissioned by the US Senate.
