The widow of journalist Georgiy Gongadze recognized jewelry found on the so-called ‘tarashcha body’ which is supposedly her husband’s body.

Kyiv Court of Appeal which tries the case let Myroslava Gongadze examine the evidence presented by pre-trial investigation group taking into account that she can not stay in Ukraine now and will have no such opportunity in future.

The Court presented five items: chain, pieces of chain, bracelet, pendant and ring, Obkom reports with reference to Ukrayinski Novyny.

Myroslava Gongadze recognized all the things and confirmed they belonged to her husband Georgiy.

After that the Court kept on verifying materials of pre-trial investigation with Myroslava’s evidence.

Having finished this procedure the Court offered defendants to pose Myroslava questions but they refused to do that.

As known, Myroslava is going to ask defendants questions at the Friday court session.
