Metinvest Holding LTD confirms that it received a license on direct gas supplies from Russia, Ostrov periodical reports.
The press-service of Metinvest Holding LTD issues that the company would like to be insured against gas shortage in Ukrainian market, as well as another Ukrainian giant Akhmetov’s System Capital Management Company (SCM).
Metinvest Holding Group was created by SCM, which owns 20% of its statutory fund and Holland Company Metinvest B.V. (owns 80%) to run their mining and metallurgical assets.
