one would have thought that Our Ukraine would have secured the main economic portfolios. Does not look like Our Ukraine is seen as a major strategic player in the outcome of portfolio distribution. Meanwhile Yushchenko pushed ahead with NATO membership prior to obtaining consent from the people of Ukraine. What happened to his policy of a referendum? A case of seek approval after the event?
